We are looking, as soon, for a little period in Italy/Europe.
In the heart of Marina Centro, Rimini Centre, easy by bus, nearly the train and bus station (900 mt), opposite the main beach, with many shops and facilities, restaurants, pharmacy,cafe,take away, music bar, near the Fellini's Amarcord Grand Hotel.(80 mt)
This is the Fellini's city home born.

This is the flat where I live to lease, is small(38mq) but cozy, completely furnished, confortable.
Rimini is the famous tourist seaside resort by the Adriatic sea, with longer sandy beach, where you find relax, beach sports, and many activities. My little flat is in velvet of the tourist e central area, the heart of Rimini, close to the beach. It is placed at the groundfloor, with a principale common entrance hall and a private small entrance too.
There is a little living kitchen,a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and the beach view from the window (50mt).

Hello and welcome to our listing.
....We have huge recreations possibilities ,:
Skiing including summer skiing on the glacier " Kitzsteinhorn " , cross country , snowboarding, paragliding from " Wildkogel" , roller-skating along the river Salzach , biking up the mountains or just down in the flat valley, walking or serious hiking , 2 golf clubs ( Mittersill and Zell am See ), sailing on the lake. If you are an artist or a photographer you won't leave I think.
Something about the house:
We do not rent it but use it several months each year, so we have everything like in our first home.
Broadband wireless internet , printer if you need.. a laptop for you.
Tv ( cable ),Dvd,Stereo if you get bored.
2 baths, 2 bedrooms, modern but small kitchen, living and dining room, sauna and a bar, several decks, barbecue.Bicycles, rollerblades, and golf equipment is available.
We can swap our car- anyway it has only 2 seats !
Something about us
I am retired and my husband almost so we have time for travelling now.
We normally travel alone, may eventually bring a family member with us if you allow. We prefer " nice seasons", so please ask for Christmas if you come from the Netherlands i.e.
If you have animals we will gladly look after them, in the moment we don't have any ourselves. ( perhaps later a cat )
Hobbies are biking , cross country,golfing,hiking,HISTORY,PHOTOGRAHING, paragliding.
