The place is in a very quiet area, ideal for walks. On the way to Kloster there are good places for a drink, tasty sanddorn cakes or good meals with lots of fish. In Kloster there are more restaurants, shops and the Gerhart Hauptmann haus/museum where lectures are held and a well stored bookstore is. A little further, in Vitte, the Zeltkino also provides for good movies and lectures. Hiking, cycling, swimming, all in an easy going style.

Uns hat es dieses Mal nach Queensland, Australien gebracht. Neben den Häusern haben wir auch die Autos getauscht. Zusätzlich haben wir unseren Gästen ein Mobiltelefon mit deutscher SIM-Karte zur Verfügung gestellt und zwei Deutschland Tickets in die App geladen.
Die Söhne der Familie hatten sich als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung gestellt und auch mit zahlreichen Tipps weiter geholfen.
Beidseitige Kommunikation und Kooperation sind durch moderne Technik deutlich einfacher als vor 30 Jahren
Land und Leute waren einfach angenehm und die vielen neuen Eindrücke werden wir gerne in Erinnerung behalten.
Die nächsten Tausche sind bereits in der Pipeline.

We traveled to Queensland, Australia this time. In addition to the houses, we also swapped cars. Our guests were provided with a cell phone with a German SIM card and two Germany tickets were loaded into the app.
The sons of the family made themselves available as contact persons and also helped with numerous tips.
Communication and cooperation on both sides is much easier with modern technology than it was 30 years ago
The country and the people were simply pleasant and we will remember the many new impressions with joy.

Nach beinahe 60 Homelink-Tauschen rund um die Welt möchten wir diese Art Ferien nicht mehr missen und können es nur empfehlen. Es geht nicht nur um Einsparung von Kosten, sondern um das Kennenlernen von anderen Wohn- und Lebensformen und den Komfort einer persönlichen, voll ausgestatteten Wohnung oder Hauses. 10 Tage München, was für ein Luxus!
Wir haben 10 Tage in München verbracht, was für ein Luxus! So konnten wir die Stadt wie Münchner kennenlernen. Unsere Kleinen haben das Kinderzimmer wie ein Schlaraffenland erlebt und waren sehr beschäftigt, alles auszuprobieren. Die Wohnung ist äußerst angenehm und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Vielen Dank an Miriam und Jens für eure Gastfreundschaft!

10 days in Munich, what a luxury!
We spent 10 days in Munich, what a luxury! So we were able to get to know the city like Munich residents. Our little ones experienced the children's room like a land of milk and honey and were very busy trying out everything. The apartment is extremely pleasant and conveniently located.
